Prince William has been spoiling his Duchess with heirloom jewels from his mother's dazzling collection of sapphires.

First proposing to Kate with Princess Diana's diamond and sapphire engagement ring, now he's given his wife a pair of his mother's favourite earrings, which she rocked during the '80s and '90s. It looks like Kate has modernised the blue-studded diamond dazzlers by remodelling them into drop earrings. She first wore the earrings when she and William made an appearance at Wimbledon in London, and then again teamed the precious stones with a sweet crocheted navy cardigan and pleated white skirt, both from Whistles.
