Years ago, McGlinchey almost walked away from her organic skincare company, MV Organic Skincare. "No-one wanted organic!" she says. Now, skincare specialist McGlinchey, 46, is seeing the business thrive. MV runs in accordance with strict international guidelines for organic skincare certification and McGlinchey's own high ethical standards, is free from petrochemicals and synthetic parabens, and sold in recyclable packaging. McGlinchey also makes use of Fair Trade Columbian palm oil.
